How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your Auren account and associated data from the app's Data & Privacy settings when the deletion feature is available for your account.

If you cannot access the app or the deletion feature is not available for your account, contact Auren support using the support contact listed on Auren's Google Play store listing. Include the email address associated with your Auren account so we can identify the account.

What is deleted

Account deletion is intended to remove or anonymize account information, pet profile information, uploaded pet photos, app activity associated with your account, and other personal data associated with your Auren account, subject to operational and legal requirements.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or enforcement of our Terms of Service.
